I loveeee this place! First of all, they do online booking, there is always last minute options open, and when you go in everyone is friendly and it’s so affordable. For a cut it’s no more than $35 and if you style it then it’s around $60. Maribel is my girl, she always gets exactly what I’m going for. I also just recently went with Clarissa because I needed something last minute and Maribel was booked up, and she did a great job, gave me a great cut and blowout. Overall I highly recommend!
I been getting my hair done by Clarissa for over 15 yrs.. always come out looking like a new person. The entire staff is very pleasant and the place is spotless.
Place is really great but I'm deducting 2 stars for jacking up prices. Prices were increased 2 or 3 times within relatively quick time frame for basic hair cut, based on what I was paying. From $20 to $28 currently as of July 2024
My experience with the service was not good, the prices were very high, they charged me $190 for a touch-up on my roots. The manager is a very unfriendly person and the salon is not very clean, starting with the bathroom.
Yeah we were “happy” when the haircut was wet and not fully dried to see the actual cut of the hair. I explained exactly what I wanted but when i came home and straightened the hair with a flat iron i saw just how horrible the haircut was. The left side is shorter than the right and has chunks missing and the back is longer and not blended in. I am not sure where this hair dresser learned how to cut hair. She took half my hair and made it into an uneven face frame, not sure how that even makes sense. My hair is uneven and the worst cut I have ever gotten. I didn’t want to detail everything in a review because I have seen how you have attacked other clients but since you insisted on commenting i feel i should clarify the situation. Secondly, i canceled the appointed because my hair was not only butchered but was cut so short that if i came in it’d be cut shorter and made even worse as other clients have commented. So there are the details you wanted regarding the cancellation. Whoever wants a haircut i suggest you guys steer clear of this place. Now I have to wait until this disaster grows out to go to a hair salon that actually knows what they are doing.
